End User License Agreement

This covers the Continued Strike desktop game client specifically, separate from the website's Terms of Service.

License

Installing the client gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play Continued Strike. It doesn't transfer ownership of the game, its assets, or its code to you.

What you can't do

Redistributing, reselling, reverse-engineering, or using the client to cheat (aimbots, wallhacks, or similar) isn't permitted, and can get your account banned.

Skins & items

In-game items and skins shown in your inventory belong to the account they're issued to. Trading and marketplace features are on the roadmap, not available yet - see the Project page for current status.

Termination

Your license ends if your account is banned for cheating or abuse, or if you stop meeting these terms.

No warranty

Provided as-is, without warranty, as an actively developed passion project. Expect bugs, expect things to change.
