Terms of Service

Continued Strike is live, built and run by an independent developer, not a company. Using the site or app means you agree to the following.

Access

The site is invite-gated: signing in with Steam isn't enough on its own, your account also needs to be whitelisted. Access can be revoked at any time, particularly for cheating, harassment, or abusing the platform.

Your account

Your Continued Strike account is tied to your Steam account. You're responsible for what happens under it, the same as any other Steam-linked service.

Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, or abusing other players through chat or friend requests can get your access revoked without notice.

No warranty

This is a passion project in active development - features change, break, and get rebuilt. It's provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or that any particular feature stays the way it is today.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions towards server hosting and running costs. They are not a purchase: nothing in-game, no items, no rank, and no special access is given in return, and a donation doesn't exempt anyone from the fair-play rules above. Because nothing is being sold, donations are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a payment was clearly made in error - if that happens, message us on Discord and we'll sort it out.

A monthly donation charges your card on the day you set it up and on the same day each month after that, for the amount you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Donations page; you keep the month already paid for and no further charges are made. Payments are processed by Square under Square's own terms. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of whoever owns the card, to donate.

These terms may change as the project develops. Material changes will be announced on Discord.
